W.A.R.S – Worimi Advocacy & Referral Service

W.A.R.S delivers case management to Aboriginal clients, with a specific focus on to reduction of substance misuse & harm.

Clients are managed & supported to access services that directly address alcohol & other drug misuse. In addition to referring clients to appropriate health services, the provider will work with the client to address other factors that impact the misuse of substances including but not limited to; Housing, poor mental health & well-being, legal & justice issues.

There are no referral pathways or age restrictions for W.A.R.S. Clients & Servcies are encouraged to contact us directly.

PACE – Ngarramba Indigenous Homework Club

 

Our PACE (Parental and Community Engagement) team provides support to indigenous children age 8yrs-14yrs who have been identified as decreased school attendance due to lack of motivation.

Our team also works with parents to develop skills, social networking and connection to the community.
